Step Into Clarity

You have taken the first step in looking for someone to share your story. Experiencing a loss of control for the first time can be frightening, whether it's due to aging, loss, trauma, or another life event. Change is a part of life that we can't always manage, but we can control our reactions and the impact it has on us. We will build trust through connection, storytelling, and humor. As humans, we thrive on connection and shared experiences. I will also challenge you, but always within a safe environment which is created to support you and your objectives. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Loyola University with a master's degree in social work in 2013. Following graduation, I have worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs. While there I have served veterans with various mental health concerns. I opened Step Into Clarity in 2025 to serve individuals with a wide range of goals.
